(1) To develop mines and mineral resources and provide assistance in mineral activities, the Government of Nepal may conduct mineral promotion programs.
(2) The Government of Nepal may establish a mineral development center for conducting the program as per sub-section (1).
(3) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the mineral development center established in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be as prescribed.
